Name: KSI Blood Award: Mentor KSI Blood is an amazing mentor and leader. He always has answers to my questions, and what he doesn’t know he finds out for me. He’s taught me everything I know in KSI and continues to teach me on a weekly basis. Blood is very outgoing in making sure everyone knows whats expected of them and making them understand the ways of KSI. I by far consider him my mentor and will continue to learn everything I can from him.

In the past few months, re-climbing the ranks and hanging out with Matt, I have really grown to not only work well with him, but respect and look up to him as well. His fresh, great and sometimes out of the box ideas work amazingly well. He is an amazing person as well, always there when you need him. I have learned that through the good and bad times, that Matt is always there as a friend, no matter what. He' helps me out with the drop of a hat, if needed in any way. I have even learned from his leadership ways, which happen to be somewhat similar to mine, and learned some new ways thanks to Matt as well. He leads by example always, and has the respect of all of DM, lower and higher ranks. I am thankful to have such a great friend and person I could rely on here. He is someone that you could really look up to and trust 100%, which is not always the easiest. Working with Blood, whether it be KSI related or personal, is always a pleasure. From our all nighter fun parties where we laugh, to ones where we form game plans, Blood is an amazing leader and teacher. This is why I claim him as my mentor.

Kitty is an outstanding individual in KSI. There is no one else out there like her. She literally does her all for not just DM, but for all of KSI. She is involved, or has been involved in almost every department throughout KSI. She strives to make this Community a better place for us all. She has the utmost respect from all of her peers, people in DM and throughout all of KSI. She is a dominant force to be reckoned with. She cares about each and every member equally, giving her all to this great Community, each and every day, along with all of the people in it. Sometimes you just have to wonder where she gets the time to do all of this. It's astonishing. She's done so much good for DM since I've known her way back when she was a Captain. Watching her climb and blossom, she has just gotten better, and still continues to do so, regardless of what rank she is. I don't think DM would be one of the most successful Divisions out there if not for Kitty. This remarkable woman's work is very appreciated, and that is why she is more than deserving of this award. Thank You for being you, and just always being there.

Name: KSI MeShell 7 @KSI MeShell 7 Award: Mentor KSI MeShell 7 has had a huge impact on me since I returned to KSI. She is hardworking, smart, and an amazing friend. She has helped everyone so much in KSI. Knowing how hard she works makes me want to climb the ranks. I want to be just like her one day. She is a mentor to me.

KSI Blood 7 Award: Mentor Blood is the one who trained me through the ranks. I probably wouldn't be where I am without him. As far as I think he has been a great mentor to me and others and I believe that he deserves this reward.

I first met Blood during the last Turkey Bowl event in the WW2 FFA. At this point, I hadn’t really met a whole lot of people outside of my division so I love attending KSI-wide events to meet other members. We were in a lobby/party where I knew a few other members participating and naturally they would talk smack. Blood probably thought it was hilarious and we soon added each other. It turns out Blood and I were of similar rank and continued to move up the ranks simultaneously. Even though Blood is in another division, he’s always been my go-to if I ever need someone to talk to or need advice, and makes himself readily available to chat if need be. He isn’t only looking out for the members in his division but other members across KSI. Blood has mentored me by simply listening to me vent, has provided me with guidance and advice (after listening to me vent), and genuinely cares about any question or concern that I bring up... even if it’s at 3am. Blood is an open, honest, and caring individual that I believe everyone should look up to!

KSI Blood 7 is one of the most active members I have ever seen. I swear sometimes he has to either be a robot or have an identical twin that he shares a brain with, because he is EVERYWHERE. Lol no matter what time of day or night he is only a message away. He helps everyone he comes across with anything they need. I have grown to look up to him, I'm am always watching what he is doing, and taking notes. He is a true mentor, with countless knowledge to share.

Gary is someone who def deserves this award. he is a one of a kind dynamic leader. When i first met gary he was a general in LW post the entire divisional staff leaving the division for dead and poaching to their new community. Gary was quickly recognized as a strong potential as the future of that diviison. He began an upward climb of hardships and strength leading now with DW being of the strongest divisions activity wise out there. he has a solid team undership and holds a level of respect and conviction that many aspire to reach. that is only his clan ops contributions. he has also worked his way productions and now has been lead for quite a while. Producions currently is the most active it has ever been with multiple shows a month, streams nightly and never dropping the ball when the bod last minute requests a cap card because we forgot to preplan. Bad boy bill is a natural leader who has only seeked to improve his skills and abilitys all while being a stand up guy, a good hubby and a great father. i am please to have met this gentleman and also to know the back story of the name gary

Name: KSI MeShell 7 @KSI MeShell 7 Award: Mentor From day one Shell has had a major impact on me while here in KSI. She had shown me how to become a great leader and to take the initiative. When I first became a general shell had helped me out from minute one, she taught me how to lead my squad effectivly and how the position is to be ran at an optimal level. She is a leader I strive to be. I claim her as a mentor to me.

Gt: KSI BadKitty 7 Forums account: @KSI BadKitty 7 Award: OS Lvl 1 Reasons/Evidence: With the announcement of DM becoming a Flagship I feel this is waaaaaaay over due! KSI BadKitty 7... What else can I say Head of T&E Forums Mod, Div Lead. She has done it all. There isnt a single member doubt in my mind she doesnt work her butt off! I see her online before I head bed and when I log in the morning to check the Recruit Club. She is always online or on the Forums doing everything in her power to better everything she does for KSI. When i first met Kitty she was Co-Div and DM was near the bottom of number barely scrapping the 200 mark. Look at us now 3rd largest? Flagship? She does so much for DM its about time she is recognized for the award. Name: KSI Gary 7 Account: @KSI Gary 7 Award: Outstanding Service LV1 Gary has never stopped working hard in KSI since the day I met him in Samurai as a Captain.Gary has come a long way in the last year and is always going beyond the call of duty. He is also there to answer everyone's questions with his knowledge of KSI. He has helped greatly with the rebuilding of DW. The Division is now a force that will not be stopped with the backing of this guy. He has done a great job with the Productions Team and is always coming up with new ideas for shows and Streams. He has recently been promoted to CO-Div leader and the sky is the limit for him. Gary 7 deserves this award.

Of course I'll witness for this: I have said this many times before and I will start by saying this again. When nominating Cat for any award there are two things that remain constant. First and foremost, there is not an award designed by this community yet that she does not deserve nor is there one that can truly thank her for the time, dedication, and energy that she has invested into this community. Secondly, when nominating Cat, it is 3x easier to compile a list of things she hasn’t done than a list of things she has done and is involved in and if that doesn’t say enough about her character, I don’t really know what does. When I first met Kitty she was KSI KillrKitty who had just recently changed her gamertag (not without much convincing) and had no aspirations whatsoever of attaining rank or joining departments in KSI. Beyond this, we did not get along very well at all and the word hate was actually used on her side of things very often (lol). Fast forward to now, I think one of the most cherished memories I will have after leaving this community and one of the things that Im most thankful for now, is being able to witness the absolute growth and development of both her KSI career and as a person. Having worked with Cat for over 1 year now in both the clan ops side (running DM and eventually becoming her Director) and web ops (Fellow PO officers, Forum Moderators, and Head/Co-Head of T&E) I can personally vouch for the fact that there isn’t a single aspect of anything she does that she does not pour her 110% into. I would bet my career in saying that there is not another leader in this community of her rank or below that stay up later, spend more time, or devote more of themselves to their work in this community. I have always said that what I’m most thankful for in KSI is all of the benefits we as members receive on a daily basis however with Shanda, I think it may actually be the opposite. Through her work in departments (AAP, Perfomance Operations, Senior Moderator, Tournaments & Events) and in Clan Ops (taking over DM with 220 members on the G14 2 months ago who now sit at 305 applying for Flagship status) , she has proven time and time again that she IS a benefit to the community in itself and myself, those who witness for her here, and a plethora of other members from ranks Private all the way to the board, are extremely grateful for what she has done and the lives and careers she’s changed in the process. I’m sure many people other than myself can say the same in saying that this award is just a small way of saying thank you to Kitty for all she has done. I view her as a partner, a best friend, a pirate queen and although she may be of lower rank, most certainly a mentor and outstanding leader. I would be more than honored to witness this: Kitty is one of the best parts about being in DM and being a part of KSI. she has helped me in a number of situations where I was completely lost and didn't know what to do. She has helped me grow as a person and helped me understand what being a leader is truly all about. I have known her since she was just a staff sergeant for cruelty and now she is the div-lead of DM and the head of T&E. Her work ethic is incredible and her determination to help those around her is unlike anything I have ever seen. The work she puts in is displayed in how DM is now the 3rd largest division and made flagship status and honestly without her, this would not be possible. None of us would be here if it wasn't for her and all of us strive to be just as good a leader as her. I respect this woman to fullest and because of her support and encouragement is where I am today. She is involved in almost everything that KSI has to offer and never letsup to get things straightened out and how they are supposed to be. Her potential will only grow more and I cannot wait to see what she accomplishes next.

I’m not listed but I am in dm and I do see kitty everywhere. She is also my mentor right now. She has done everything in her power to help every squad in dm. Even if she has to repeat herself 50 times she does it. I’ve never heard one bad thing about her. She is long overdue for this I feel.

Dropping my vote to witness this. KSI BadKitty 7 has gone above and beyond in EVERYTHING she is asked of, or even NOT asked. She has personally helped me in many situations from irl to squad stuff. These examples include helping me maintain my xbox gold when i really needed it, to telling me straight when i was wrong about an idea. She is not just an amazing leader that goes out of her way to make sure everyone is informed in her weekly info topic, she is an amazing person to be around. Not only does she run our amazing div, she is also running T&E and a Forums mod. Who else can run so many things and still be on top of it all?? I dont say this often, prolly only like once or twice, I would even go so far as to call her my Mentor.

KSI Kitty is one of the nicest people i have meet in KSI and she is also one of the best Halo players i have met. while i have never went to kitty with anything major she still has helped me with small things about KSI and always pointed me in the right direction.

I will be dropping my vote to witness for this award. From the first moment I have known Gary he has always been fighting an uphill battle. In Productions , he was tasked with growing and evolving the department while at the same time being a 7 in his division which to my knowledge was only him (in LW). In dept-ops , gary has devoted so much time and effort that i am not sure people notice on a day to day basis, ranging from running interviews and updating the roster to actively managing the twitch and Youtube channel for this community. He is expected to continuously produce content all the while helping manage who is streaming and when etc, while never dropping the ball in clan-ops. His LW division was merged and is now DW and from the conversations i have had with him and several others , now that this man got some help in the 7s staff he has been nothing short of a phenomenal leader. I speak simply to his dedication , and drive for this community being a UK member and having to deal with consistent time zone issues and still prevailing at whatever is thrown his way . I personally believe he deserves this OS Level 1 award.

Gary was the first person I met in lw before it became DW an he showed me nothing but respect. An still To this day he shows me the same respect he did back then. Gary might be on a different time zone but that still doesn’t stop him from jumping in parties with members an talking to them on how they can better themselves an their squads. Gary is definitely one of the members of the community that I look up to. An I hope one day to be in his spot but i wouldn’t be able to get there if it wasn’t for the knowledge he’s teaching me these days.

KSI Joe 7 (@KSI Joe 7) was who recruited me into KSI Cruelty DM. Whenever i am online he invites me into a party. Of course it was around 4-8 people but he'd always say "Hey Chris!" And make time to introduce me to any new members. Quickly I made friends with many different people because of KSI Joe 7 being there for me and keeping me involved and even he became one of my first friends in Cruelty. I thank him for everything he's done for me. He is truly an outstanding member of Demonic Mayhem. ❤

i’m not sure what to say about KSI Joe 7 that hasn’t already been said. he took a chance recruiting me even after i told him of my checkered past with communities. he was always there when i hold questions before i became an officer. once i became an officer he showed me what i need to do to be successful and is giving me room to grow. he makes himself available to all members of the squad. no matter their rank. from recruit up to captain he takes the time to talk to everyone and make sure everyone is engaged and feels welcome. i’ve only had experience with KSI Joe 7 for a couple months but i know that he’s not just me Gen, he’s also my friend. and i feel he has done a great deal to help better the community. KSI Joe 7 for president 2020!

They're already voting on this and I haven't even gotten to come in and say my piece on how amazing of a member Joe is. I am not going to read through all of the numerous nominatons for Joe, so if my nomination is repetitive, I apologize. Joe is one of the most active, motivational, knowledgeable people I have ever come across in my (short compared to him) time within KSI. He is the prime example of what a stellar officer is, and should be. He raises others up, and does all he can to help people in his squad and in DM. He is never one to sit back and watch, he is right in the thick of things. It doesn't matter if it's recruiting, hosting lobbies, or being active on the forums. His voice is one that matters, because his peers see his hard work and dedication. Joe has become a split master, and should have that award along side his recruiting award. All in all, if anyone were to ever ask me (regardless of someone's rank) who I respect within KSI, Joe would be near the top of the list. It's about time he's recognized for it too. Congrats Joe! Thank goodness for Overwatch Weekend Warfares!

KSI Joe 7 deserves this reward simply because he runs a killer squad. He’s a killer recruiter as evidenced by his squad splitting twice recently. That alone is worthy of recognition.

I’ve know Joe since I joined KSI little over a year ago he has been a amazing Cpt, Gen, and Co-Fo and the reason I decided to even become a officer. Joe since I met him has been the most level headed person I know he can talk down a situation and can control large party’s while still being calm, He can recruit like no other person I know with his winning personality and awesome attitude torwards people and situations. Joe also cares more about the people in his squad and really makes this place feel like home. Joe by far deservers this reward for his outstanding service over here in DM and Cruelty.

Gary does a lot for KSI. He leads Divine Warriors, a division that is one of the smaller ones but brings in tons of activity and participation in KSI events. He is a great person to be around as he has experienced a lot. There have been instances where Gary was going to leave clan ops but his love for the division and his determination has gotten him through all hardships he’s faced. Not only is Gary a leader in clan ops but he is also head of the Productions team. With his time zone it’s not that easy to do things late at night, but he pulls through and stays up for big events and meetings. He is an outstanding leader and should be definitely recognized for his Outstanding Service in KSI.

I believe Gary is someone who deserves everything that's been given to him. I'd say I'd gone with Gary through most of the "Dead Cycle" of LW, where we were struggling, Gary never gave up where it came to the division he was trying to save. This man and been through alot in his career in KSI, his persistent nature has given him alot, including the recent Co Division leader role inside of the division he currently stands over, DW. Aside from that he is the Head of Productions, not a feat many get the chance to do. He has kept at it and has had many shows and made sure productions doesn't go bland for content. This man is the definition of Knowledge Strength Integrity, You'll do much greater things in the future Gary. #OhNoGary >.<

oh Heck ya!! MeShell. just like in OS1 this is just helps prove that the people of CD really look up to her. Not only CD but as a member of DM we have moved up the ranks side by side. Each time she moved up she would always give me advice on how she did it so i could too. She mentored me even though we are in different divs. For keeping sane and for showing me the way on how to be a proper officer/tried to show me I claim her as one of my Mentors!

I'll be the first to witness this ;). When i first came to LW Gary was the only 7 over here & he wasn't even around because he was moving & had no internet, that didn't stop good old gary from messaging people over kik & checking up on his divison to see how everything was going & trying his best to stay active & in the loop. Gary then had finally returned & he was running a divison by himself with only 2 squads that were both under 30, but gary never gave up! Since the merge he has been pushing his members to do greatness & he has been learning tons of new things along the way. Even tho gary is head of productions he doesn't let that affect his activity within DW. Gary deserved this award the day he took on the challenge to revamp what some would call a "Dead Div" all by himself. Keep up the great work gary!
